Ontem à noite, meus familiares e eu queríamos degustar um salmão fresco. Foi fácil fisgar o lugar ideal. E pode parecer heresia ou injustiça minha. Mas, na minha opinião, o melhor sushi e sashimi de Brasília é servido numa churrascaria. Dando nome aos bois, com o perdão do trocadilho, é a Spettus Steak House. A grande vantagem é provar diferentes tipos de carnes em seus diversos preparos: cru, frito, grelhado, assado e no bafo.
